Athletic Physicals
Physicals are required for all student athletes prior to participation in any practices or competitions.
Optional Accident and Health Insurance
Godley ISD does not carry medical insurance for students who are injured on school premises, while under school jurisdiction or while they are participating in school district activities. For this reason, Godley Independent School District recognizes the need for low-cost accident and health insurance alternatives for parents with school-aged children.
All students (PK-12) are eligible to enroll into the school's Student Accident Insurance Program.

Reasons to consider this coverage:
- High Deductible/Copayments to your Family’s Primary Health Insurance

This coverage is designed to assist with medical expenses should your student sustain an accidental injury.
Catastrophic Accident Insurance
Godley ISD provides a catastrophic insurance policy if students experience an accident while at school or participating in a school-sponsored activity outside of school. This policy would be effective for students incurring actual out-of-pocket medical expenses exceeding $25,000. The policy also provides a Catastrophic Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit.
